ada+thomas | lifestyle

it’s always so much fun to start off 2010 with a fun and different lifestyle session!  i hadn’t done a night shoot in such a long time! after picking up ada+thomas, we headed towards granville island.

generally busy and bustling during the day, granville island is muted and quiet at night – perfect for strolling around, looking for the right locations. every single wall that i’ve shot against during the day has such a different energy when lit up at night. ada+thomas made it so darn easy too; they are perfect together! we ducked into the parkade at emily carr university when it started to rain a little. backlit, the much photographed circular concrete windows look so different!
