julia+peter…gettin married soon!

when i tell people that i’m a wedding and portrait photographer, they sometimes ask me, ‘do you ever get bored?’ … how could i? it’s pretty amazing, the couples that i get to meet and photograph. the love and connections that i have had the honor of witnessing and documenting are what keep me afloat in this sometimes uncertain world that we live in. there are many things that i can’t be sure of, but when i see connections like the ones between julia+peter, it makes me want to sing opera from the depths of my heart.

julia+peter walked into my studio and right away i knew that i wanted to photograph them. REALLY photograph them. they have an unspoken language between them that transcends words. and i wanted to capture that. PLUS they are BOTH actors. i knew that we would have tons of fun.

these two lovebirds know how to have fun, and when to be serious. together, i think they make beautiful music.

i love this shot of peter. he sizzles on his own.

but together, they are FIREWORKS.
